• Remove small overhangs: NO
• Brim: YES, only on small pieces or if you have adhesion issues
• Top Z-distance: 0.28
• Bottom Z-distance: 0.28
• Layer height: 0.2mm or smaller
• Nozzle size: 0.4 or smaller
• Seam: position depends on the piece and its orientation on the plate
• Infill: 10 to 15 percent

Printing Notes The settings above were used in Bambu Studio on a Bambu X1C with a 0.4 nozzle at 0.20mm layer height on Standard print quality, using PLA and PLA+ filament on a Bambu Textured PEI Plate. Print tolerances vary by printer. Adding variable height, ironing or smaller layer heights will further reduce the visibility of layer lines.

How It Works

1. Download the STL files and open them in your slicer.
2. Print each piece in your chosen colors using the recommended settings above. No AMS is required when printing piece by piece.
3. Test-fit the parts; some accessory pieces have tight fits so they hold together without glue.
4. If the fit is too tight, scale the models up slightly or increase your printer's precision settings. Scaling down is not recommended because the tolerances may become too small for the pieces to fit.
5. Use a small amount of glue where a permanent hold is needed, then place the assembled sign on its base and display.
