This Is As Merry As I Get Cookie Cutter – 3D Print Christmas Cutter & Plunger
About This Product
Cheeky Christmas cookie cutter and plunger stamp in one 3D-print set — it cuts a round badge that reads "This is as Merry as I get" with big script lettering. Includes a ready-to-slice 3MF file.
Overview
For the reluctant elf: this is as merry as it gets. This cheeky Christmas cookie cutter features a round badge that reads "This is as Merry as I get", with a big script "Merry" breaking out of the ring, plus stars. It is a two-part 3D-print set, so you cut and stamp in one go and the imprint reads just like the design — perfect on sugar cookies, under royal icing, or on fondant.
Key Features
- Two-part set: an outline cutter plus a matching plunger stamp
- Outline cutter follows the round badge: 25 mm tall, 0.8 mm cutting edge, comfy top flange with little grip tabs
- Plunger stamp has raised 2.5 mm lettering and slides inside the cutter with about 0.5 mm clearance all round
- Both parts are pastel pink and print in the pose they are used in: cutter edge-down, plunger lettering-down
- Size: cutting shape is about 140 mm (140 x 137 mm), about 162 mm overall with the flange (162 x 147 mm), and 25 mm tall — a big statement cookie
- For the crispest lettering, do not scale this design below about 130 mm
Printing Notes
- The 3MF lays the cutter and plunger side by side, about 348 mm wide
- On beds under 350 mm (for example 256 mm beds), print the cutter and plunger separately, one part per plate — each part fits a 256 mm bed on its own
- Print with a 0.4 mm nozzle for best results
How to Use
- Roll chilled dough about 5–7 mm thick and dust the cutter and plunger lightly with flour.
- Press the cutter straight down to cut the badge, then push the plunger down firmly so the raised lettering presses the phrase into the dough.
- Lift the cutter and plunger together, then push the plunger to pop the cookie out.
- Chill the cut cookies for 10 minutes before baking so the imprint stays crisp. Also great for fondant and marzipan.
Food-Safe Printing Tips
- Print with a food-safe filament (PETG is a great choice) and, ideally, a stainless-steel nozzle.
- Hand-wash in cool, soapy water; no dishwasher and no hot dough — heat can warp the print.
- Layer lines can hold crumbs, so wash and dry well after each use. Use it for brief contact with dough only, and reprint when it gets worn.
- Keep a separate print for polymer clay and never share it with food.
Perfect For
- Christmas cookie exchanges, holiday parties and office treats
- Stocking-stuffer cookies and gifts for the baker who has everything (and a sense of humour)
